Retreat Details & Shared Agreements
By joining the Fireflies Retreat, you agree to honor these shared agreements and help co-create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. We are deeply committed to cultivating an environment of kindness, inclusion, and mutual care. If someone’s behavior disrupts that sense of safety or respect, we reserve the right to ask them to step away from the retreat.
Investment & Payment
Retreat investment: $622 (paid in full at registration)
Optional Pre-Retreat Immersion: $222
Occasional early bird or promotional pricing may be offered
Payment can be made via credit/debit card or (upon request) Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. By registering, you authorize us to process your payment
Cancellation & Refund Policy
The retreat will be held rain or shine
If you register before May 1, you may cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund (minus processing fees)
After that:
Your spot is transferable to another participant
Refunds are only possible if we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist
Travel & Accommodations
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and expenses
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or travel disruptions
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are not responsible for travel-related costs or changes.
Flexibility in the Schedule
We thoughtfully design each moment of the retreat—but sometimes nature (or life) has other plans.
While we will always do our best to deliver the full experience, the schedule and flow may shift as needed. These changes are part of the organic nature of retreat space and are not grounds for refunds.
Farm Environment & Allergies
Wishing Star Farm is a living, active environment that includes dogs, cats, horses, and goats.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, please plan accordingly and let us know in advance.
Health & Wellbeing
This retreat is designed for those who feel emotionally, physically, and medically able to participate
We do not have medical staff on-site
If you have any health conditions that could impact your experience, please let us know ahead of time
In the event of an emergency, you authorize us to contact medical professionals on your behalf
Photos & Video
There may be moments captured throughout the retreat to share the spirit of Fireflies with our wider community.
By attending, you agree that photos or video may include you and may be used for promotional purposes. We will always approach this with care and respect.

One of the most meaningful parts of Fireflies is the trust that forms within the circle.
We ask that:
Personal stories shared by others remain private and respected
You honor the vulnerability and openness of your fellow participants
This helps create a space where everyone feels safe to show up fully.
A Note on Responsibility
By attending, you acknowledge that:
Participation in retreat activities carries some inherent risk
You take responsibility for your own wellbeing and personal belongings
Wishing Star Farm & Wellness is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation (except in cases of gross negligence)
