Immersion in the sounds of native style flute, frame drum, handpan, voice, crystal & metal singing bowls, chimes, gong, rattles, ocean drum & more, offers a time of respite from the stress & chaos of society... allowing the body to reach the theta state, where restorative processes can begin.
