Community Sound Bath | Third Thursdays
Step into a shared space of rest, resonance, and reconnection.
On the third Thursday of each month, we gather as community for an immersive sound bath designed to help you soften out of the noise of daily life and return to your natural rhythm. These evenings are less about “doing” and more about being — being held by sound, stillness, and collective presence.
Using Himalayan singing bowls, symphonic gong, and grounding sound textures, this one-hour meditative journey invites the nervous system into a deeply restorative state. As the vibrations move through the body, many experience a sense of spaciousness similar to the dream or REM state — where the mind quiets, the body unwinds, and the system remembers how to reset.
Sound healing is an ancient practice known to support:
Stress relief and nervous system regulation
Emotional processing and mental clarity
Deep rest, integration, and energetic alignment
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, emotional heaviness, creative fatigue, or simply craving a gentle pause mid-month, this offering is here to meet you exactly where you are.
Each gathering is held inside Wishing Star's beautiful barn space, transformed into a warm, cozy sanctuary. You’re invited to arrive as you are, settle in, and allow yourself to be supported — by the sound, the space, and the shared field we create together.
This is a place to slow down, breathe deeper, and remember you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Spring Equinox Cacao Ceremony • Ostara on the Wheel
Join Missy and Bridgette for an evening of ceremonial cacao, sound, and ritual, held in the fertile days following the Spring Equinox and aligned with Ostara, a sacred turning point on the Wheel of the Year honored in many Celtic and earth-based traditions.
Ostara marks the moment when light and dark stand in balance, and the earth begins to warm again. Traditionally associated with the goddess Eostre/Ostara—a deity of spring, dawn, and renewal—this season celebrates fertility, sweetness returning to the land, and the first visible signs of growth. Seeds swell beneath the soil, sap begins to rise, and life quietly gathers momentum.
This ceremony invites you into that same gentle quickening—the feeling of something within you softening, stirring, and preparing to grow. Through a heart-centered cacao ceremony, we will work with warmth, sweetness, and earth energy to plant intentional “heart seeds”—intentions rooted not in force, but in nourishment, patience, and care.
Cacao, warm and grounding, opens the heart while keeping us deeply connected to the body and the land. Its rich, earthy sweetness mirrors the season itself—like sunlight on skin, like soil warming underfoot. Supported by ritual, reflection, and immersive sound, we create space to listen for what wants to be tended, watered, and lovingly brought to life in the weeks ahead.
This is a moment to slow just enough to feel what is sprouting—then to trust the natural intelligence of growth. A ceremonial pause where intention meets embodiment, and where the seeds you plant are infused with warmth, presence, and possibility.
What to Expect
• Opening Circle — introductions, seasonal themes, and Celtic spring symbolism
• Journal Prompting & Tarot — insight into what is beginning to grow
• Ceremonial Cacao — warming, heart-opening, and grounding
• Sound Immersion
(Full immersion with gong, crystal and metal bowls, percussion, vocal toning, and handpan)
• Ceremonial Closing Circle — sealing heart seeds and grounding intentions
Things to Bring
• One sacred item for the altar (you will take this home with you)
• Yoga mat, pillow, bolsters, blankets, and/or eye mask for comfort during our sound journey
• Layered clothing (we will be in a barn; early spring temperatures can vary)
• Pen and notepad / journal / sketchpad
• Water bottle
• Mug if you would like to enjoy ceremonial cacao
(Mugs will be available if you forget)

Embodied Resilience
A Somatic Spring Ceremony
Spring reminds us that resilience is not force or endurance.
It is the quiet return.
It is thawing after feeling frozen.
It is hydration after contraction.
It is the slow unfurling of what has been held tightly.
In this ceremony we explore resilience through the nervous system, not as toughness, but as our natural capacity to restore, repair, receive, and return to life after periods of depletion or survival.
Through gentle neuro muscular release, nervous system balancing movement, breath awareness, and sensory attunement, we create conditions for physical and emotional renewal. This is not about pushing or striving. It is about reclaiming our ability to feel, to rest, and to come back to ourselves at our own pace.
We then engage in an intentional Rose of Jericho ritual. This ancient plant curls inward in times of dryness and gradually unfurls when water is offered. It becomes a living symbol of resilience, renewal, and the truth that restoration is a process of rehydration rather than effort.
This workshop includes
• Opening circle with guided intention
• Rose of Jericho activation ritual
• Gentle somatic movement for neuro muscular release and nervous system hydration
• Closing circle and reflective integration
• Follow up Zoom gathering approx one week later that includes a led somatic practice over zoom
This experience is for anyone who feels
• Tired or energetically depleted
• Stuck in patterns of doing or overgiving
• Disconnected from their body or intuition
• Ready to move from tension into openness
• Seeking renewal that does not demand force
You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to be ready. You only need to be willing.
You can explore a deeper explanation of Somatic Movement Education on my Somatic Overview page.
Workshop Cost - $45

The Blooming Fields: A Ritual of Sound, Color & Becoming
The Blooming Fields is a ceremonial gathering devoted to emergence, creativity, and collective becoming. Guided by sound, intuition, and ritual, this experience invites you to step out of linear time and into a shared creative field — where sound becomes color and inner landscapes take form.
We begin in circle with grounding, tarot, and intention-setting to open the ceremonial container and attune to the energetic field of the group. From there, participants are guided into an extended sound journey designed to support a relaxed, receptive, theta-inspired state. Within this soundscape, intuitive painting unfolds — not as technique or performance, but as a living response to vibration, sensation, and feeling.
This ritual is an invitation to paint with time rather than against it, to listen before acting, and to allow what is ready to bloom to emerge naturally. The evening closes in a gentle share circle to witness, integrate, and honor the experience.
No prior art or sound meditation experience is required — only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
🌿 About the Ritual
This experience blends ceremonial space-holding, sound healing, and intuitive art-making as a pathway into presence and self-expression. Sound acts as the primary guide during the painting portion, quieting the analytical mind and opening space for flow, emotional release, and creative trust.
The theme of Blooming reflects emergence, softness, growth, and becoming — honoring both what is opening now and what is still gently unfolding.

🎨 Sound-Guided Intuitive Painting

All art materials are provided. You are welcome to paint seated, standing, or on the floor — whatever supports your process.

Improv Circle & Music Meetup
“A community space where we meet in the magic of music and enjoy the spirit of play.”
About the Event
Spirit of Play is a loosely guided, community-centered music experience where sound is a language for exploration and connection. Together, we co-create a shared container for discovery, collaboration, and spontaneous creation. Through the joy of music & play, we listen, weave rhythms, interlock melodies, create textures, experiment with sound & silence, and shed pressures of perfection, performance and expectation.
The focus is on creating new connections through deep listening — to yourself, to one another, and to the collective sound field. Come see what happens when we let go of rules and allow music to emerge organically, and give yourself permission to play, experiment, and be surprised.
The Spirit of Play reminds us that:
there are no wrong notes
presence over perfectionsilence is a friend
curiosity over outcome
less can be more
conversation through music
connection over technique
LET’S HAVE FUN!!!!!
Spirit of Play is an open music meetup and improv circle (jam) designed for all. Whether you are a seasoned musician, a closet creative, or someone who has never touched an instrument before, you are welcome here. No music theory or prior experience is required.

The Spirit of Play reminds us that:
there are no wrong notes

curiosity over outcome

Stress relief and nervous system regulation
Emotional processing and mental clarity
Deep rest, integration, and energetic alignment
Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, emotional heaviness, creative fatigue, or simply craving a gentle pause mid-month, this offering is here to meet you exactly where you are.

Steeping in Soundwaves: Presence as Practice
About Event:
Before the bowls begin to sing, we begin with water.
Tea is, at its heart, water. Every cup of tea you’ve ever held is water transformed – warmed, infused, changed by what it carries. The same is true of us – changed by what we carry, shaped by what moves through us.
In this sacred tea ritual, we explore the wisdom of water – its ability to flow, to soften, to carve stone with patience. We reflect on the tides we feel in our bodies and in our lives: the pull toward expansion, the gentle drift toward rest, and the quiet undertow that asks us to release what we’ve been holding.
As the leaves steep, we steep.
As the water warms, we listen inward.
This is presence as practice – noticing the currents within and around us, and choosing how we move with them. ✨
Afternoon/Evening Flow:
Arrival, introductions, grounding, and tarot exploration
Sacred tea ritual – mindful preparation, pouring, and sipping
Sound bath: bowls, chimes, and vibrational instruments to align and restore
Reflective journaling, intention setting, or gentle meditation
Integration & closing circle
What to Bring:
Water bottle
Journal & pen for reflection
Yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort during sound bath
Optional: crystals, personal altar items, or objects for intention (items can return home with you afterward)
Optional: camping chair if sitting on the ground is uncomfortable
Attendance & Energy Exchange:
Sliding scale :
$66 – CommUnity
$77 – Blessed Being
$88 – Abundant Attendee
Your presence, openness, and attention are at the heart of the offering
Space Holders / Facilitators:
Bridgette Jester – Sound healer and yogi, Bridgette guides participants into deep presence and alignment through immersive sound and movement. Her work with vibration, breath, and intentional space holding helps participants listen inward, release tension, and reconnect to the subtle rhythms of their bodies and minds.
Mike B. – Tea alchemist and ritual guide, Mike leads ceremonial tea experiences that honor water, presence, and reflection. Through mindful preparation, storytelling, and intentional sipping, he creates a space where tea becomes a vessel for awareness, transformation, and connection. His guidance bridges ritual, subtle energy, and the rhythms within and around us.

Peaceful Pulse: Yoga & Sound for Nervous System Ease
Peaceful Pulse is a slow, steady journey designed to calm the nervous system and guide you into deeper states of presence through the combined medicine of yoga, breath, and sound. Rather than moving from one modality to another, this experience unfolds as a continuous, integrated flow — where movement, stillness, and sound gently weave together.
Throughout the evening, Sarah Day-Boodhoo leads a mindful yoga practice grounded in breath (pranayama), gentle postures, and yogic wisdom. Her guidance supports stress relief, emotional regulation, and a return to inner steadiness, offering accessible movement that honors where each body is in the moment.
As the practice gradually slows, participants are guided into an extended shavasana. During this deep rest, Bridgette continues to hold the space with immersive sound, allowing vibration and resonance to support integration, release, and nervous system repair. The sound bath carries you through stillness — inviting the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the system to reset.
Peaceful Pulse is ideal for those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, or simply a longing to slow down and reconnect. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Come as you are.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat
• Blanket or two (body temperature often drops during deep relaxation)
• Small pillow, bolster, or folded blanket for head or knees
• Eye pillow or eye covering (optional, for deeper rest)
• Water
• Journal (optional)
Comfortable layers are encouraged, especially for the extended shavasana and sound immersion.

Movement Mondays
A Live Music Slow Flow Yoga Series
Movement Mondays is a gentle, intentional slow-flow yoga series rooted in deep listening, devotion to presence, and embodied curiosity. Drawing from a yogic background that honors breath, subtle energy, and the wisdom of the nervous system, this practice invites you to move with sound rather than alongside it.
Each First Monday of the month, the space is set as a living musical stage — welcoming rotating local musicians to play live as we flow. The asana unfolds slowly and intuitively, allowing rhythm to guide breath, melody to shape sensation, and movement to become an act of listening. Each gathering is unique, shaped by the musicians present, the collective energy, and the moment itself.
This is not a performance — it is a shared devotional practice. A space to support local artists, cultivate a grounded and curious yoga community, and explore movement and sound as pathways to connection.
🌿 About the Practice
This is a slow, accessible flow emphasizing mindful transitions, breath awareness, and somatic presence. Postures are offered with spacious pacing, allowing room for exploration rather than achievement. The practice supports nervous system regulation, creativity, and embodied listening.
All levels are welcome. Rest, modifications, and self-honoring choices are always encouraged.
🎶 About the Facilitators & Musicians
Yoga Facilitation — Bridgette
Movement Mondays is guided by Bridgette, a yoga facilitator and sound practitioner devoted to embodied awareness, breath, and subtle energy work. Her teaching is grounded, intuitive, and invitational — weaving yogic philosophy, somatic curiosity, and devotional presence into each class. Bridgette creates spaces where movement becomes meditation and sound becomes a guide, inviting practitioners to slow down and listen inward.
Live Music — Rotating Local Artists
Each month features rotating local musicians who co-create the experience in real time, responding organically to the energy of the room and the unfolding movement.
Featured Musical Performance:
✨ Sarah Paz Hyde — Maryland
Sarah Paz Hyde is a multi-instrumental MUSEician & calmUNITY collaborator. Classically trained in violin, she embraces improvisation with her voice, the handpan, ngoni & violin as sonic medicine for wholistic health. Shaped by a multicultural upbringing and a spiritual approach to engaging life, her artistry bridges body, mind, and spirit.
Beginning her creative journey with the violin at age four, Sarah has explored many artistic mediums — including photography, mixed media, and graphic design — before returning home to music and performance art. In 2016, she discovered the handpan, an instrument that brought her full circle into her life’s purpose: supporting others in reconnecting with balance, presence, and inner harmony. Her sound offers a deeply grounding and expansive container for slow, intentional movement.

The Flow Frequency: Qigong & Sound Healing
A Special Night in Ceremony
Flow Frequency is a ceremonial gathering where movement, breath, and sound become pathways for attunement, presence, and becoming. Through gentle Qigong and immersive sound healing, we work with the subtle energetics of the moment—inviting clarity, release, and intentional alignment.
In this practice, Qigong helps circulate and refine qi, sound invites the nervous system into coherence, and shared ritual creates a container where intention can land and integrate. Together, these practices support grounding, expansion, and conscious recalibration—meeting ourselves exactly where we are, and gently opening to what wants to emerge.
This is not a performance, but a participatory ritual. You are invited to move, rest, listen, receive, and co-create the field.
Ceremonial Flow
(Please note: Times are approximate and these events sometimes go slightly over.)
Opening Circle & Intention Setting
We begin in circle to ground the group, arrive fully, and open the ceremonial space. A brief tarot reflection will be offered to support insight, inner listening, and collective intention. Participants are invited to place a meaningful personal item on the altar as a symbol of what they are tending or calling in.
Qigong Flow
A gentle, accessible Qigong sequence designed to awaken the body, circulate qi, and prepare the nervous system for deeper receptivity. No prior experience necessary.
Sound Immersion
Participants are guided into stillness and rest as layered sound washes through the space. Instruments will include metal signing bowls, handpan, a symphonic gong, chimes, and other resonant tools that support relaxation, energetic release, and integration.
Integration & Closing
We close with quiet reflection and a soft return to the group field. Participants reclaim their altar items and carry the intention forward.
What to Bring
Yoga mat
Bolster, blankets, or eye pillow for comfort
Comfortable layers (seasonal/temperatures may shift)
Camping chair (optional, for the sound immersion if lying down is not ideal)
Water and light snacks
One small personal item to place on the altar (you will take it home at the end of the night)
Attendance & Energy Exchange
This event is offered on a sliding scale to support accessibility while honoring the energy, preparation, and presence of the space holders. Please choose the tier that feels aligned for you.
Your Guides

Move Freely, Live Fully: A Somatic Workshop in the Yurt
A Somatic Movement Workshop for Releasing Tension & Restoring Ease
Hosted at Wishing Star Farm & Wellness | Led by Crystal Harmoenius, LMT & Somatic Movement Educator
Experience the gift of resetting and balancing your nervous system in this grounding 2-hour workshop held at the beautiful Wishing Star Farm & Wellness, a setting that naturally invites you to soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
This workshop blends practical education with an embodied, deeply restorative somatic practice. Crystal’s work centers on helping people unwind long-standing tension patterns, restore comfort, and rediscover a more easeful way of moving through life. Her approach is rooted in a simple understanding: when we learn to listen to the body with compassion, we open the door to profound change.
You’ll explore the neuroscience behind Somatic Movement Education, how the brain shapes muscular tension, how patterns get “stuck,” and how slow, intentional movement can re-educate the nervous system. You’ll see how these insights relate to your everyday stress, posture, and the ways your body holds and expresses life’s experiences.
Then we transition into a rejuvenating somatic movement practice designed to help you unwind tension patterns from the inside out. Through slow, mindful movements, you’ll soften habitual holding, reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, and create space for more freedom, comfort, and presence.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself no just physically but holistically along with simple tools you can use anytime to support your nervous system and move with more freely.
You can explore a deeper explanation of Somatic Movement Education on my Somatic Overview page.

Unplugged: Listen
Ready to unplug from the busyness of life? Each month, Chris Coladonato will host 90-minute gatherings at Wishing Star Farm - an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from the busyness, and reconnect with yourself. Each month brings a different theme, practice, and seasonal invitation - but the heart of these sessions stays the same: creating space for you to pause, breathe, and remember who you are beneath all the doing. Whether through coloring, silence, nature connection, or seasonal reflection, these sessions meet you where you are and invite you to simply be.
Unplugged - Listen
A 90-minute session to get quiet enough to hear what your heart is asking for. February sits between the deep rest of winter and the emergence of spring - a liminal space where we can pause and listen. Not to all the noise telling us what we should want or who we should be, but to what's actually stirring beneath the surface. What's your heart asking for? What wants to emerge?
We'll gather in the Carriage House at Wishing Star Farm for a gentle grounding, followed by a short conversation on listening to your heart and then intentional silence and the option to color - reflection questions will be provided. You're invited to sit quietly, to listen inward, to let your heart speak without interruption or agenda. Color if it helps you settle into the listening. Rest in silence if that's what you need. There's no pressure to "figure anything out" - just space to tune in and hear yourself.
This is your permission to get quiet enough to listen to what matters most.
Join fellow humans seeking the same thing you are: space to breathe, listen, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.
When: Wednesday, February 25, 6:30-8:00 PM
(Please arrive between 6:15-6:25 to get settled so we can start promptly at 6:30)

Beyond Childhood Trauma is a free, confidential support group for adult survivors of all forms of childhood abuse. Our meetings are a safe, compassionate space where you can connect with others who truly understand what it means to live with—and move beyond—childhood trauma.
Each session is co-facilitated by a Certified Trauma Specialist and a fellow survivor. As someone who has personally walked this path, I know how isolating healing can feel. Finding a community of people who “get it” can make all the difference. Together, we listen, learn, and lift each other up.
Our goal for each meeting is to focus on a specific topic for learning and discussion. If there are topics you would like us to address in future meetings, please let us know. Your input matters, and we are here to support you.
You are welcome to share your story or simply listen and take in the support of others—there is no pressure to speak.
🕕 Meetings: 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or have been working on recovery for years, Beyond Childhood Trauma offers a place to be seen, heard, and supported—without judgment.

Unplugged: Winter Stillness
Ready to unplug from the busyness of life? Each month, Chris Coladonato will host 90-minute gatherings at Wishing Star Farm - an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from the busyness, and reconnect with yourself. Each month brings a different theme, practice, and seasonal invitation - but the heart of these sessions stays the same: creating space for you to pause, breathe, and remember who you are beneath all the doing. Whether through coloring, silence, nature connection, or seasonal reflection, these sessions meet you where you are and invite you to simply be.
January 15: Winter Stillness
A 90-minute session to honor the deep quiet of winter and give yourself permission to simply be still.
January doesn't have to be about fresh starts, new goals, or reinventing yourself. It can be about rest. About stillness. About honoring the natural rhythm of winter - the season that invites us to slow down, turn inward, and just be.
We'll gather in the Carriage House at Wishing Star Farm for a gentle grounding, followed by time in silence and nature connection. You’ll be invited to sit in stillness, walk quietly through the winter landscape (weather permitting), connect with nature indoors, or simply rest in the spaciousness of doing nothing.
This is your permission to resist the "New Year, New You" pressure and instead honor where you actually are - in the quiet, restful heart of winter.
Join fellow humans seeking the same thing you are: space to breathe, reflect, and remember who you are beneath all the doing.
When: Thursday, January 15, 6:30-8:00 PM
(Please arrive between 6:15-6:25 to get settled so we can start promptly at 6:30)
Where: Carriage House at Wishing Star Farm
What to Wear: Comfortable clothes for sitting on chairs or cushions on the floor.
What to Bring:
Water, tea, cocoa, or whatever beverage you'd like
Blanket or anything else to help you be comfortable
Journal and pen
Warm clothes if you decide to participate in the outdoor nature connection.
Capacity: Space is limited to 6 people
Investment: $35 + 4.19 Eventbrite ticketing fees (if registering via Eventbrite)
Register: Register via Eventbrite at this link:https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1975345084322?aff=oddtdtcreator

Our goal for each meeting is to focus on a specific topic for learning and discussion. In January, Christine will be presenting on basic nervous system anatomy and the neurobiology of happiness. Many of us experience anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and other ongoing effects of trauma. Understanding how the nervous system works—and learning practical ways to regulate it—can be an important and empowering skill for survivors. We will also discuss simple, accessible techniques for nervous system regulation.
