Join Bess Hutt of Gaia's Daughter for an evening filled with Reiki-infused healing sounds and a guided meditation, followed by a Reiki Share!

Monthly on 4th Fridays!

Registration Required.

Our gathering will begin with brief introductions and opening a circle of Sacred Space.

Then, the enchanting sounds of the Native American flute will be played with intention to send healing to the water, air, and land of the Earth.

Next, the mesmerizing sounds of the handpan will be played with intention to send healing to places of conflict and welcome peace in our hearts.

This month, our guided meditation will focus on connecting deeply to Mother Earth, finding within her a place that holds us and nourishes our souls...

After music and meditation, we'll take a short break while transitioning to the Reiki share portion of the gathering. The amount of time spent channeling Reiki to each practitioner will be determined by how many attend the gathering.

As time allows, we'll share our experiences before ending our time together.... opening our circle, yet never breaking it.

We'll be gathering inside the farm's beautiful Star Barn. Herbal tea will be provided.

Things to bring:

Twilight Sound Immersion

Join Bridgette Jester of Crown Creator Studios as she shares the relaxing sounds of the Himalayan signing bowls and the symphonic gong. This one-hour meditative immersion, will help take participants into the theta brain wave state where the body is known to rest and digest.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that is known to have many powerful effects on both the mind and body. This meditative technique is good for sufferers of stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD ,as well as those simply looking for a relaxing evening after the regular hustle bustle of daily routine. Many people who attend sound baths have experiences similar to those of the R.E.M. or dream state.

For this class we will be set up inside the farm's beautiful barn space. The barn is kept warm through the cooler months with portable heat lamps, yet it is recommended that you dress comfortably and bring layers of clothing just in case the evening temperatures drop a bit. The goal of this class is to be comfortable and to give your mind and body the space it needs to reset. We look forward to seeing you!

Things to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat/Floor Cushion/Folding Chair (we will be laying or in a seated position for an hour and want to be sure you are as comfortable as possible, if laying on the ground is not an option for you please feel free to bring a comfortable chair)

  • Eye Pillow (optional)

  • Pillows/Bolster

  • Blanket(s)

  • An open mind

  • Masks Optional (unless otherwise mandated by the Federal or State government)
