About Your Facilitator

Bridgette Jester is the founder of Crown Creator Studios and a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Vibrational Sound Practitioner. Her work is rooted in creating intentional spaces that inspire self-awareness, nervous system restoration, and authentic connection. Through therapeutic touch, sound, movement, and mindfulness, Bridgette supports others in remembering that the harmony cultivated within becomes the foundation for the life they create around them.

Your Guide

Virginia is a conventionally trained physician assistant who has been in clinical practice for 16 years. Most of her career she has carried the weight of chronic illness and through many modalities has been able to find healing along the way, especially through functional medicine, muscle testing, and spiritual awakening work. The most profound healing for her has been through sisterhood and following her passions.

Your Wisdom Within is an experiential somatic workshop exploring what it means to sense and move from your center, becoming curious about the relationship between your internal experience, your movement, and the way you meet the world around you.

Through Somatic Movement Education, guided sensory exploration, reflection, and time to slow down and notice, you’ll be invited to turn your attention inward and listen to the information your soma is already offering you.

Somatic practice gives us an opportunity to move so that we can sense. As movement brings sensation into greater awareness, we can begin to notice ourselves more clearly, including subtle shifts in effort, ease, comfort, and possibility.

Rather than looking outside yourself for the “right” way to move or feel, this gathering is an invitation to develop a deeper conversation with yourself and your entire soma: your body, brain, nervous system, sensations, movement, and lived experience.

Your center is not something I will define for you. It is something you’ll be invited to explore, sense, and discover from within.

No previous experience with somatics is necessary.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a yoga or movement mat, a pillow, and a blanket so you can be comfortable during the practice. I’ll have a limited number of extra supplies available, so if you’re unable to bring something or simply forget, you’ll still be able to participate comfortably.
