Join us for a walk along the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
As the Wheel of the Year turns, each season carries its own energy, wisdom, and invitation. Rooted in Celtic traditions that honored the rhythms of the earth, this series explores how aligning with the natural flow of the seasons can support greater clarity, empowerment, and expansiveness in our lives.
Fall is the season of harvest and release.
In Celtic tradition, autumn is a sacred threshold—a time to gather the fruits of what has been cultivated while also preparing for the quieter months ahead. Nature reminds us that there is wisdom in both gratitude and letting go. Trees release their leaves not from loss, but from trust in the cycle of renewal to come.
This season invites us to reflect on what has come to fullness in our lives and what is ready to be released.
It is a time to celebrate our growth, acknowledge our lessons, and gently surrender what feels heavy, complete, or misaligned. By releasing what no longer serves us—old stories, habits, fears, or expectations—we create space for new possibilities to emerge.
Together, we will explore the wisdom of autumn through seasonal practices, reflection, and connection—learning how to move through transitions with greater grace, trust, and self-awareness.
