What is it?
Feminine Fire is a ritual, energetic, and somatic gathering where women scream it out, break what needs breaking, and rise into sovereignty. Hosted by Gentle Hands Reiki & WildRise Somatics.

  Clothes that support comfort and movement for both indoors and temperatues outside (high 70s/low-mid 80s)
  Closed toe shoes (boots, recommended) for breaking/destroying activities, shoes for movement/socks for indoors
  Any personal comfort items (shawls, sweaters, wraps, blankets, etc) for nervous system support 

• Things to Bring:
  A water bottle and specific snacks (for any personal food allergy/nutritional needs support)
  A journal or notebook for reflection and lecture note taking
  Items for Altar Decoration/Infusing: any items you'd like to add to the sacred rage altar: images of  gods/ancestors/personal heroes associated with sacred rage for you, any jewelry/items, small statues, crystals or rocks  you'd like infused from ritual
  Camp Chair/Outdoor Chair for your comfort if needed during ritual
