Healing Our Heroes: A Wellness Retreat for First Responders

About the Event

Join us for a restorative afternoon dedicated to those who serve and protect our communities. Healing Our Heroes is a free, donation-based wellness retreat open to all first responders and their registered guests.

Enjoy a peaceful day of self-care, connection, and community at the serene Wishing Star Farm & Wellness — featuring rejuvenating wellness sessions, local treats, and heartfelt appreciation for those who give so much of themselves.

This is an open-house style event – come and go as you please!

Who Can Attend

This retreat is open to:
🚒 Firefighters
🚑 EMTs
👮 Police Officers
💉 Nurses
🩺 Doctors

✅ First responders may bring multiple guests, but:

  • Guests must be registered in advance

  • Guests must arrive with the first responder

  • valid ID/badge is required at check-in

Things to Bring

To make the most of your day and ensure comfort during all activities, please consider bringing:

  • 🧥 Dress in layers for indoor and outdoor spaces

  • 🍎 Snacks & 💧 water

  • 🧘 Yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, or anything to help you feel comfortable

  • ✏️ Pen and paper for journaling or reflections

  • 🔮 Crystals or other personal items if you enjoy incorporating them into your practice

  • 💖 An open heart — be ready to receive the love and care you give back

This list is flexible — bring what feels supportive to your personal experience, and come prepared to relax, receive, and recharge.

This is a donation-based event, with cash donations accepted at the door.
