Beginning this May at Wishing Star Farm, step into a deeply restorative experience that blends Aerial Yoga with Reiki Energy Healing—designed to support your body, calm your nervous system, and realign your energy.
You’ll begin with an Aerial Yoga session, using a soft hammock to explore gentle movement, supported stretches, and light inversions. This practice helps decompress the spine, release stored tension, and build strength with ease.
We then guide you into stillness, where you’ll receive Reiki energy healing—allowing your body to integrate, restore, and reset on a deeper energetic level.
All held in the beauty of nature, where fresh air and open space enhance your healing experience.
