Gaia's Daughter hosts a community Reiki Healing Circle & Reiki-Infused Sound Journey on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at Wishing Star Farm!

💫 Our gathering begins with opening a sacred circle & a brief introduction to Reiki. Guests will learn how to channel the universal life force for healing & we'll practice self-treatment before sending to each other. 

🤲🏽 Each person will receive a few minutes  of hands-on Reiki from Reiki Master, Bess Hutt, while everyone sends healing energy to the same person.

🎶 Next we switch into a time of deep relaxation & release, with a grounding sound journey that includes Native American style flutes, singing bowls, handpan, voice, frame drum, rattles, chimes & more. All sound vibrations are infused with Reiki for the greatest good.

💫 As time allows, we'll share our experiences before ending our time together.... opening our circle, yet never breaking it.

✨ Things to Bring:

- yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering 

- water for hydration

- journal, if desired 

- anything else you need to feel comfortable on the floor for the sound journey 

- An open heart & mind
