The Summer Solstice is the ~Great Peak~ ... the longest day of the year and the moment of maximum light. It is a time of celebration, abundance, and recognizing the ~Inner Sun~ that burns within each of us. Join us at the beautiful Wishing Star Farm & Wellness for a 4-hour ~Spa for the Soul~ style immersion!! This is an invitation to pause at the height of the season to honor your growth, nourish what's been planted, and soak in the warmth of community.

🧘🏽 Awaken ~ Ecstatic Movement
Led by Stephanie, we begin by embodying the fire of summer. Through intuitive, ecstatic movement, we shake off stagnation and open our vessels to receive the abundance of the season.
🌿 Reflect ~ Midsummer Wisdom
Guided by Diana, we'll explore the astrological & metaphysical significance of the Solstice. Though we celebrate the heat of summer... we also honor the turning of the wheel as the days begin their slow tilt back toward the harvest. We'll use journaling, Tarot, Oracle, and Runes to gain insight into our personal peak energy.
🍵 Nourish ~ Sun Tea & Seasonal Snacks
Enjoy locally inspired seasonal snacks and handcrafted herbal sun tea, as we share our intentions in a sacred circle.
🔥 Release ~ Fire Ritual
In the traditional spirit of Midsummer, we will hold a fire ceremony to burn our intentions and releases, sending our prayers into the universe on the wings of smoke. (weather permitting)
🎶 Restore ~ Radiant Sound Journey
To close our journey, Bessie will lead a deeply restorative, Reiki-infused sound bath. Let the vibrations of the native style flutes, handpan, chimes, voice & bowls anchor your intentions into your cellular memory, as you drift into a state of peace.

Yoga mat, pillows, and blankets (create a "nest" for the sound journey!)
A journal and pen/pencil
