The Quiet Reset

Ready for a different kind of reset? Join your guide, Chris Coladonato, for a 4-hour guided silent-ish retreat—an opportunity to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, quiet community. The main portion is 3.5 hours of guided practices, followed by 30 minutes of optional open time to linger, continue creating, or gently reintegrate at your own pace. Through guided practices, time in nature, and a shared silent meal, you'll experience the power of stepping away from the noise of everyday life and into the presence of stillness.

You'll be guided through:

  • An opening circle to share intentions, ask questions, and ease into the experience

  • A grounding practice to settle into the space

  • A mindful nature connection experience (no hiking boots required)

  • Gentle creative time—color, paint, doodle, etc…

  • Reflective time for journaling

  • A shared meal in silence. Note: Each person will bring their own lunch or snacks. See FAQ for more details.

  • Closing circle to reflect and share in community

Join fellow humans seeking the same thing you are: space to breathe, reflect, and remember who you are beneath all the doing. No experience necessary - just show up and leave feeling more centered, present, and connected to what matters most.

What to Wear: Comfortable clothes for movement and sitting on the ground. Sturdy shoes for walking outdoors.

Where to Meet: Join us in the Star Barn. We will be there for most of the day and will venture outdoors for some mindful nature connection (weather permitting).

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat or blanket to sit on ground. Can also bring a folding camp/beach chair if desired.

  • Water or other beverages for hydration.

  • Light lunch or snacks for our shared meal (I’ll have a cooler for you to put your lunches in if needed).

  • Blanket, bolster or whatever you want to bring to be comfortable throughout our time together. Please note that we will not be sitting the entire time. We will be getting up and moving about the Star Barn and outdoors (weather permitting).

  • Journal and pen.

  • All other materials will be provided.
