☕Sacred Cacao Circle Our evening begins by sipping ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine used for centuries to open the heart. As we sit in circle, Joules will guide us in a meditation of gratitude, helping us settle into the vibrant energy of the season. * Guests are encouraged to bring a personally meaningful mug for Cacao, to bring more Love to your cup.
🌺 Song Circle & Flower Ceremony To celebrate the "blossoming" of our intentions, we will engage in a community Song Circle to raise our collective vibration.Interwoven with our songs, we will participate in a Beltane Flower Ceremony, honoring the beauty of the land and the "blooming" of our own inner fires.
🎶 Restorative Sound Journey After we've sung and celebrated, you’ll be invited to "nest" into the floor as Bessie guides you through a Reiki-infused Sound Journey. Sink into the healing vibrations of Native American style flutes, handpan, singing bowls, vocal toning, chimes & more. This is your time to integrate the heart-opening work of the evening and find profound rest.
