What is Acupressure?
This ancient healing art (developed in China over 5,000 years ago) involves applying pressure with fingers to key points on the body to stimulate self-healing, similar to acupuncture but without needles. Acupoints are sensitive to the body's bioelectrical impulses and connected by meridians carrying energy called qi. Pressing these points circulates qi similarly to how blood vessels nourish the body.
