About the Experience
Embodied Freedom is a co-facilitated ceremonial journey blending movement, sound, intention, and reflection. Set in the serene environment of Wishing Star Farm, this immersive experience invites participants to explore freedom of expression, surrender into vulnerability, and reconnect with their authentic self.
Through intuitive movement, somatic dance, sound healing, and tarot reflection, the evening creates a container for liberation of body, mind, and spirit. Participants are encouraged to move, feel, reflect, and integrate, leaving lighter, freer, and more aligned with their inner rhythm.
The Flow of the Evening
Opening Circle — Grounding and collective intention setting, including tarot pulls for the group.
Movement & Dance Exploration — Guided somatic and intuitive flow with intentional music, designed to release tension, awaken presence, and encourage self-expression.
Reflection & Journaling — Time to integrate insights, emotions, and personal intentions.
Sound Bath Meditation / Cool Down — Immersive vibrational tones support relaxation, integration, and embodiment.
Closing Circle — Sharing reflections, takeaways, and intentions to carry forward beyond the evening.
