About the Experience

Falling into Love: A Self-Love Experience is designed to meet participants exactly where they are. In this intimate retreat, attendees step into a safe, nurturing space where old stories of “I’m not enough” and “I’m not worthy” can be released.

Through stillness, movement, reflection, and mindful practices, participants reconnect with a version of themselves that feels grounded, calm, and worthy of love not because of what they do, but simply because they exist.

It’s a space where quiet meets transformation where mindfulness, energy work, and conscious awareness blend to create a life-changing inner shift. By the end of the day, participants leave feeling lighter, aligned, and deeply at peace not as a temporary escape, but as a real, embodied reset for both heart and mind.

The retreat unfolds over four hours of guided practices, reflection, and heart-centered experiences with space woven throughout to breathe, be still, and enjoy the rhythm of the day at your own pace.

You’ll Be Guided Through:

  • Opening Circle & Intention Setting Gentle welcome into the space with guided breathwork and grounding meditation to connect with your intention for the day.

  • Mindfulness & Gentle Movement Soften tension and open your heart through mindful awareness and yoga-inspired movement designed for all levels.

  • Limiting Belief Release & Integration Let go of “I’m not enough” and “I’m not worthy” through guided visualization and energy work. Reconnect with your inner truth and embody a new sense of confidence, peace, and self-compassion.

  • Reiki-Infused Guided Meditation A soothing energetic reset to restore harmony and help anchor your new emotional state.

  • Reflective Journaling & Heart-Centered Reset Space to capture insights, realizations, and loving next steps to continue nurturing self-love beyond the retreat.

  • Closing Integration Circle Seal your intentions, reflect, and ground your renewed energy before departure.

What to Wear: Wear comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation. We’ll spend time both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), so please dress comfortably and wear shoes suitable for light walking.

Where to Meet: Join us in the Star Barn. We will be there for most of the day and will venture outdoors for some mindful nature connection (weather permitting).

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat or blanket to sit on the ground. Can also bring a folding chair if desired.

  • Water

  • Light snacks and treats will be provided (your welcome to bring your own).

  • Blanket, bolster, or whatever you want to bring to be comfortable throughout our time together.

  • Journal and pen.

  • All other materials will be provided.

Your Guide

Jamie Green is a Transformation Coach, Reiki Master, NLP Practitioner, and Mindfulness Facilitator. She guides individuals through powerful inner work that bridges science, soul, and subconscious healing. Due to the intimate nature of this retreat, tickets are transferable but non-refundable within 7 days of the event. If you’re unable to attend, your credit may be applied toward a future retreat or private session.
