About Event:
Before the bowls begin to sing, we begin with water.
Tea is, at its heart, water. Every cup of tea you’ve ever held is water transformed – warmed, infused, changed by what it carries. The same is true of us – changed by what we carry, shaped by what moves through us.
In this sacred tea ritual, we explore the wisdom of water – its ability to flow, to soften, to carve stone with patience. We reflect on the tides we feel in our bodies and in our lives: the pull toward expansion, the gentle drift toward rest, and the quiet undertow that asks us to release what we’ve been holding.
As the leaves steep, we steep.
As the water warms, we listen inward.
This is presence as practice – noticing the currents within and around us, and choosing how we move with them. ✨
